   3. FAILED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier issues or force majeure events.

   5. RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased through the Website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mentirosos LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.

   6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the eligibility requirements, timelines, and conditions outlined in that policy.

   7. PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items do not have guaranteed shipping or delivery dates unless expressly stated. Estimated timelines provided for pre-orders are subject to change, and delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refunds outside the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.

   8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges. Refunds for such orders may exclude original shipping fees.

   9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Midland, Texas, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
