2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed. 3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within three
3. business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
4. PRE-ORDERS Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items do not have guaranteed ship dates unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping timeframes for preorders are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change due to production, supply chain, or logistical factors.
5. SHIPPING METHODS All orders are shipped using standard ground shipping services through our selected shipping carriers. Currently, we primarily utilize UPS for order fulfillment. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for each order based on destination, package size, and weight.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been processed and shipped. • Standard ground shipping delivery times vary depending on destination within the United States • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control Pre-order items may require additional time before shipment, as outlined at the time of purchase.
7. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on: • Package weight • Package size • Shipping destination All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
8. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
9. SHIPPING INSURANCE All shipments include minimum carrier-provided insurance to help protect against loss or theft during transit. Insurance coverage is limited to the terms and conditions set by the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged packages may require documentation and carrier verification.
10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Mentirosos LLC is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. DELAYED SHIPMENTS While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: • Carrier delays • Weather conditions • Natural disasters • Supply chain disruptions Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds of shipping charges.
12. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to customer error.

RETURNED PACKAGES If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped. Refunds for returned packages are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and may exclude original shipping charges.
